A new treat for kids has finally landed—the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables.

Launched during an exclusive event at The Mind Museum in Taguig, the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables arrived in style, accompanied by costumed “astronauts” and met with appreciation by guests including celebrity mom LJ Reyes and her son Aki, who had earlier posted about spotting an “unidentified object” on Instagram.

A post shared by LJ Reyes (@lj_reyes) on

“On our way to Greenbelt, Aki pointed out something in the sky. He keeps on telling me it’s a UFO and when I zoomed in, it sure does have a weird shape! First time ko makakita ng ganun! Aki can’t stop thinking about it he even drew it when we got home. Super weird! What do you think it is?” Reyes captioned her post.

There were interesting guesses from curious netizens, and to end speculation, Reyes and her son were invited Saturday to an exclusive event at The Mind Museum in Taguig City, along with other parents and their children.

There, Reyes’ post was revealed to have been about the arrival of the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables.

While the case has been closed for the mystery of the "unidentified object," the fun is just about to start. According to Reyes, the Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables is ”an everyday little reward to our kids when they do something good or when they get good grades.”

“It's really nice that we get the chocolate goodness of Cadbury Dairy Milk in a unique spoonable format,” she added.

With Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables, children around the country can now enjoy the delicious taste of Cadbury chocolate in a unique spoonable format. Wrapped within a unique space-ship-like packaging, it has a surprise treat inside – a collectible Pokemon toy!

Arlene Amante, the Brand Manager for Chocolates Category of Mondelez Philippines, said that Cadbury Dairy Milk Lickables aims to reinforce Filipino values by encouraging children to become more independent.

“We suggest that it is an everyday little reward. It's really a way of encouraging your kids to do better. If they did their homework on their own or they cleaned their room,” she said.

“Alam niyo naman tayong mga Pilipino, we like 'yong magagandang asal. This is a good partner to not only encourage that, but also to make things joyful for both moms and children.”
